Information collected through the form

We store your first name, last name, age, city, WhatsApp number, email address and Instagram username. We also keep your registration date, reference, accepted consents and the checks performed by the organizer.

This information is used to manage registrations, verify the challenge rules and contact participants about the contest. The form does not request any passwords or add participants to a marketing list.

Who can access your contact details?

Registrations are stored in the site’s database. The participant list, contact details and exports are restricted to the ISMA Boxing Machine organizer’s account. Other participants cannot access them on the site.

Video proof and publication

Your video is sent separately to our official WhatsApp number; it is not uploaded through this form. To participate, you authorize ISMA Boxing Machine to publish your participation video on its public Instagram account @ismaboxingmachine as part of the contest.

This publication may make your image, voice and anything shown in the video publicly visible. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must authorize your participation and the publication. Confirmation may be requested before approval.

Corrections, deletion or withdrawal of permission

You can contact the organizer to correct your information, request its deletion or withdraw permission to publish your video. Include your registration reference so we can find your entry. Withdrawing a consent required for participation may prevent a prize from being approved.
